Applies only to the Base House Price at time of deposit, excluding upgrades, facades, inclusions, site costs, variations, allowances & other additional costs. Customers must meet all deposit, tender, contract & approval milestones within timeframes outlined. Not available on negotiated house & land packages outside standard pricing. If land registration occurs within 0–9 months from deposit, the Base House Price is fully held. If land registers within 10–12 months, a 2.5% increase is applied to the Base House Price. If land registers within 13–15 months, a 5% increase is applied to the Base House Price. After 16 months from the initial deposit, if your land has not registered the Price Hold Promotion will expire and the contract may be terminated or a revised price may be applied. At Building Approval stage, if the advertised Base House Price is lower than the adjusted price (with any applicable increase), the lower price will apply. Tender Letter must be signed & second deposit paid within 14 days of issue. HIA Contract must be signed within 14 days of issue. The QBCC Insurance Premium must be paid within 7 days of signing the contract. Hallmark Homes generally require 90 days after land registration to commence construction & customers must factor this into their timing. Hallmark Homes may make changes to, pause, or discontinue the Price Hold Promotion at any time before the HIA contract is signed & this may occur without prior notice. If milestones are delayed or the design or pricing is altered, Hallmark Homes may reprice the contract at its discretion. The Anticipated Start Date in the HIA Contract (Schedule 1, Item 14.0) may be extended via Post Contract Variation. Failure to meet conditions may result in withdrawal of promotion.
